Enjoy this hearty Roasted Chicken Dinner with Sweet Potato Puree!

Each item in this meal features Codman maple syrup!

Our sap was collected from maple trees in Lincoln with the help of community volunteers and board members. The sap was boiled away for hours in our Sugar Shack…and now our delicious maple syrup has made its way to the Codman kitchen to be used in this very special meal.

Hearty prepared meal for two includes:

• Roasted Chicken - Codman pasture raised chicken, Codman maple, lemon, sumac, garlic (carved half chicken)

• Sweet Potato Puree - locally grown sweet potatoes, Codman maple (contains milk)

• Leafy Green Salad - locally grown greens and root vegetables, seed mix, Codman maple tahini dressing

• OPTIONAL DESSERT: Maple Custard - Codman pasture raised eggs, High Lawn cream, Codman maple, cardamom (contains milk, egg)
