Visit our store to find our pasture-raised proteins, including heritage pork, chicken, 100% grass-fed beef, and eggs, all of the highest quality and grown right here in Lincoln. 

We also sell locally-grown, mostly certified-organic fresh produce year-round, either sourced right from our own gardens and orchards, or from other local growers. In addition, we sell an ever-growing amount of pantry staples and tasty things to eat from our local partners, many of which are also Certified Organic.

Codman-Grown Protein

We are proud to offer the highest quality proteins, grown on the open pastures we care for in Lincoln and at Minuteman National Historical Park in Concord. Our pigs, chickens and turkeys are fed certified organic and non-GMO grains, and our beef is 100% grass fed. Our meat is available year-round, frozen, in our beautiful glass freezer case, and we offer fresh chicken on select weekends during the growing season.

Codman-Grown Produce

During the growing season, we harvest a wide variety of our own produce from our Market Garden, including tasty greens like bok choy, kale, chard, lettuce, spinach, and arugula, as well as lots of summer favorites including eggplant, heirloom, and cherry tomatoes, squash, peppers, and more.

When our produce is in short supply, we happily partner with other local farms and purchase organic produce to keep our shelves bountiful, including beautiful mushrooms from Fat Moon Farm and crisp lettuce from Little Leaf Farms.

 

Sliced Deli Meats

We have developed a line of fresh, sliced deli meats using our own 100% grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork. These deli meats are uncured and made with the simplest, cleanest ingredients possible and have been made specifically for us by a select group of local USDA processors.

We slice these meats on a rotating basis and make them available in our Store. If you are interested in custom ordering these meats, please email pete@codmanfarm.org for more information.

  • Simple Deli Ham - a lightly smoked, simple ham with just the right amount of sweetness

  • Green Forest Ham - more smokey flavor than our simple ham, with a hint of juniper berries. A take on Black Forest Ham.

  • Mortadella - a classic Italian favorite with black peppercorns and pistachios

  • Genoa Salami - an amazingly deeply flavored salami cured for over five months, the best salami in the world!

  • Bologna - yes, bologna! Made with our own beef and pork - omg, you HAVE to try this! It’s just the most tasty bologna you’ve ever had. Perfect bologna flavor and texture, a bit smokey. So delicious.

  • Smoked Deli Loin - using our beautiful pork loins, we’ve rubbed them with herbs and spices and smoked them long and slow. Sliced thin it’s a healthy, low-fat, slightly smokey delight that is tasty on its own or on a sandwich.

Bread Obsession: Durum, Lex Sourdough, Baguettes, Sunflower Multigrain, Slicing Loaf (Tuesday through Saturday); Bagels and Cinnamon Bread (Fridays & Saturdays)

OMG Bread: Whole Wheat, Plain and Cinnamon English Muffins, Challah and Challah Rolls (Mondays & Fridays)

Cape Ann Fresh Catch: Salmon and locally caught fish (Wednesdays from 12:30 - 2 p.m.)

CC Lobsters and Fish: local lobster, fresh caught fish, and other items (Saturdays from 10 a.m. - noon)

Beautiful bouquets, ready to put in a vase at home, or bring your snips to cut your own in the PYO garden

Compost

Bring your own reusable container from home, and fill it up with rich Black Earth compost for your own garden
$5 per 5 Gallon Bucket (payable at a Store kiosk)

Seedlings

Each spring we have a select amount of seedlings available for purchase. These can be found in front of our Farm Store in varying amounts through the spring and summer.
