About the Instructors:
Wonder Yoga is an independently owned and operated studio in the heart of Arlington Heights. With an emphasis on community and connection our classes are designed to recharge, unwind and revitalize your mind, body and spirit.
Nicole Siegel, our adult yoga instructor, is the proud owner of Wonder Yoga and is an experienced yoga teacher and movement therapist. With 20 years of experience in the Greater Boston health and wellness community, Nicole embraces holistic modalities to empower her students to connect with their authentic selves. She has a passion for whole body wellness and the ability to connect mind, body and spirit through breath, movement, and self-study. She continuously strives to let go of the internal chatter and external distractions and simply be. Nicole holds a master's degree from Lesley University in Dance Movement Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. She received her 200 and 300 hour yoga teaching certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow.
Our family yoga instructor, Greta, began practicing yoga in 2001. She quickly discovered that a regular yoga practice brought a new sense of calm and steadiness to her life. As an educator with a passion for helping others, teaching yoga was a natural fit. Greta is a Registered Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and has completed certifications in YogaFit, Restorative yoga, SPA Yoga, a 200 Hour Teacher Training with David Magone, a 300 Hour Teacher Training with Wonder Yoga, and Yoga and Mindfulness for Children Teacher Training with ChildLight Yoga. She believes yoga has something to offer everyone, and encourages students to come to their mats to calm their minds, reconnect with the power of breath, and move joyfully.
