Living Soil

  • 58 Codman Road Lincoln, MA, 01773 United States (map)

In this fourth class of our Healthy Soils Series, we’ll be examining the vibrant ecosystem that soil supports. Did you know that a single teaspoon (1 gram) of healthy soil can hold up to one billion bacteria, several yards of fungal filaments, several thousand protozoa, and scores of nematodes?

It’s ALIVE!

Join us and learn lots more!

Sign up HERE for April 23rd!

Please note: all participants coming to the farm for events in 2022 must fill out THIS WAIVER. Parents, please fill out on behalf of your child(ren). Please bring a completed copy on April 23rd OR be ready to sign and update an existing waiver that we have on file from a previous event this year.

*This workshop will be rain or shine at the farm — we will find indoor spaces if necessary due to rain. Please come dressed appropriately & with footwear that can get muddy. We also ask that folks park along the road. Thank you!

Please consider donating to support this and future workshops. Your financial support will help purchase supplies, soil testing kits, educator fees, and publicity. If you are unable to contribute at this time, please still join us — learning about soils can support healthy soils, too!
