A few basic cooking skills are important for every cook, no matter if you are a beginner or a master chef. If you are just starting out in the kitchen, or would like to practice some cooking basics, then join us!
In this class, we'll go over how to hold a knife, different knives to have in your kitchen, knife care, and safe chopping techniques. We'll practice on herbs and vegetables fresh from the farm, and sample our skills with some delicious bruschetta that we'll make. Class includes all materials, and participants will get to bring home a chopped veggie sampler to continue their cooking adventures at home. BYOB is recommended!
