We are thrilled to introduce our guest instructor Rachel Sundet, a talented pastry chef and a co-founder of Mamaleh’s Deli - a fantastic local deli that makes some of our favorite things to eat with top-notch ingredients.

Sign up for one or both classes. We'll finish each class with a sampling of our creations, plus extra noshes to make it feel like dinner. BYOB recommended. And of course, you'll have extra to bring home!

SWEET & SAVORY RUGELACH: Master this delicious and versatile baked treat, perfect for entertaining. Using fruits and veggies fresh from the farm, you'll learn the basics and as well as how to get creative with variations and seasonal ingredients. Yes, we'll have chocolate fillings, too!

PERFECT LATKES & DIPS: The classic potato latke, made with our own farm-grown potatoes, herbs, and other local ingredients. Delicious as appetizers or as a meal. Learn how to transform potatoes into perfectly fried pancakes that are equal parts creamy and crispy!
