Join us for this introduction to sausage making, with the incredibly knowledgeable Dan Estridge, founder and Chief Flavor Officer at Farmers & Cooks Craft Meats! Using Codman pastured meats and herbs, we'll make some delicious beginner sausages in our kitchen. We’ll cover everything from meat quality and selection, recipe development principles, and best practices through grinding, stuffing, smoking and other cooking techniques. At the end of class, we will enjoy a delicious meal together with our own sausages along with other farm snacks. Participants will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to try at home. BYOB recommended!
