• Charred Green Tomato Salsa — Codman green tomatoes and locally grown poblanos and jalapenos, cilantro and lime

• Eggplant Parmesan — locally grown eggplant, homemade tomato sauce, Mozzarella House fresh mozzarella, parmesan, Codman basil (available September 26th)

• Pork Chile Verde — Codman’s pasture raised pork shoulder braised in green tomatoes, jalapenos, poblanos, chicken stock, and spices

• Spiced Carrot Bread — locally grown carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

• Deviled Egg Salad — Codman eggs, celery, mustard, dill

• Sliced Deli Meat — made from Codman’s own pasture raised pork and beef

• Basil Pesto, Fresh and Frozen — Codman grown basil, parmesan, olive oil, lemon (nut free)
