• Chicken Shepherd’s Pie — roasted chicken, fennel, leeks, homemade chicken stock topped with creamy mashed potatoes (very limited quantity, available October 23rd PM)

• Smoked BBQ Ribs — Codman’s own dry rubbed and smoked pork spare ribs glazed with homemade BBQ sauce (available October 24th)

• Tangy Maple Coleslaw — locally grown green and purple cabbage, Ackermann Maple Farm maple syrup, Apex Orchards apple cider vinegar, dill (available October 24th)

• Deviled Egg Salad — Codman eggs, celery, mustard, dill (available October 24th)

• Sliced Deli Meat — made from Codman’s own pasture raised pork and beef

  • Simple Ham (available Saturday, October 24th)

  • Smoked Loin (available Saturday, October 24th)

• Chicken Bone Broth, Frozen — made with our own chicken backs and feet, simmered overnight

• Beef Chili, Frozen — made with ground beef, maple bacon, beef stock, black beans, and homemade chili spice

• Corn Poblano Soup, Frozen — the last of this year’s corn, locally grown poblano and jalapeno peppers, chicken stock, spices

• Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Frozen — individually scooped to bake at home

• Basil Pesto, Fresh and Frozen — Codman grown basil, parmesan, olive oil, lemon, nut free
