The main farm is located in the center of Lincoln, on 18 acres adjacent to the historic Codman Estate.

In partnership with the Conservation Commission, the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust and private landowners, we farm more than 150 additional acres of fields and pastures located throughout the town of Lincoln, as well as at Minuteman National Historical Park in Lincoln and Concord.

Resilient, sustainable agriculture, linking fertile land and good food, is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to feeding our community through regenerative farming methods that build diverse ecosystems and healthy soil, and sharing that knowledge through our educational programs and the tasty offerings in our store.

Our farming model is rooted in the simple fact that diversity builds resilience. We manage over twenty fields in Lincoln where we grow pasture based livestock, vegetables, fruits & flowers using organic and low-tillage methods. Depending on the time of year, the barnyard and nearby fields host a diversity of agricultural activities. Easily accessible on foot from the main farm, our cattle and lambs can be seen grazing on nearby pastures, or discover our pigs under a tree canopy rooting up invasive plants. Our Market Garden grows a wide variety of vegetables, flowers, herbs and fruits, using a permanent bed, low tillage system. All of our land is accessible to the public and is near or adjacent to many miles of hiking trails throughout our beautiful town.

We are committed to sustainability across all areas of the farm, including our infrastructure: you’ll find solar electric and hot water panels on our barn roofs, electric mowers and equipment being used by our staff, and efficient heat pumps providing heating and air conditioning in our buildings and a range of reduced tillage equipment in the market garden and fields.
