Maple March: Pizza in the Pavilion

  • 58 Codman Road Lincoln, MA, 01773 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Join us for Codman's first Pizza in the Pavilion on Saturday, March 1st!

Codman's new Education Pavilion is adjacent to our Sugar Shack so we'll be offering a maple themed pizza experience.

This evening isn't just about the delicious wood fired pizza you'll be enjoying for dinner - the evaporator will be cranking in the Sugar Shack and our resident expert will be there feeding the fire and explaining the sugaring process. Codman Chef Tillie is whipping up some tasty salads to accompany your pizzas so come hungry. The evening is BYOB but cups and warm cider will be provided.

March is still a chilly month in New England so to ensure your pizza will be warm - we are offering 30 minute pick-up windows. That doesn't restrict your timing for the evening - come early (stay late), hang out, see the sugaring process, enjoy the night sky.

Pizzas are 12 inches and for this evening we will be offering a cheese pizza ($26) and a maple bacon pizza with caramelized onions ($30) with some unique maple dipping options on the side) so order accordingly.

(*price includes the sugar shack experience, salads and warm cider)

For questions, email Abigail Adams.
